Foreign Refund and Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview

All international orders placed on DOMADIA.net — i.e., orders shipped outside the Republic of India — are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. By completing an international purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the return request.

Why We Cannot Accept International Returns

DOMADIA is a proudly India-based brand. Accepting returns and exchanges from international customers is operationally and economically not feasible due to the following reasons:

  • International return shipping costs are prohibitively high, often exceeding the value of the product itself, making it economically unviable for both parties.
  • Goods crossing international borders are subject to customs duties, import/export taxes, and regulatory fees in both the origin and destination countries. These charges cannot be recovered or reliably managed on returned shipments.
  • Returned parcels face risk of being held, seized, or delayed indefinitely at customs, with no guarantee of successful re-entry into India.
  • Indian customs regulations impose additional import duties on goods re-entering the country, creating a double-tax situation that makes return processing financially unviable.

What This Means for You

Once an international order has been dispatched, no return, refund, or exchange request can be processed — under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of change of mind, sizing issues, delayed delivery, or dissatisfaction with the product. We strongly encourage international customers to review all product details, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives visibly damaged in transit or an incorrect item was dispatched due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Such cases will be reviewed individually and resolved at our sole discretion. This is the only exception to our international no-return policy, and does not constitute a general right to return.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

This policy applies exclusively to orders shipped outside India. Customers within India are governed by a separate domestic returns policy. Please refer to our domestic returns page for applicable terms.
